Free: Initial 30-minute consulation; applies to all treatments except smoking cessation.

 

Most treatments:

£65 per session. 

Sessions last approximately 1 hour.  At the first session we will draw up a plan with an agreed length of treatment.

 

Smoking Cessation:

£150 for a powerful single session treatment lasting up to 2 hours.  Motivational mp3 recording included.

 

Anxiety Buster

My clients are often delighted by the change they see in just one session! This inspired me to offer my new one-session anxiety-buster.

This session is perfect for you if:

• you don't want to commit to a course of therapy

• you want to be empowered to understand and manage your anxiety symptoms

• you have a stressful, busy life and want to learn how to switch off

Your £80 investment gets you:

• A 30 minute consultation so that I can gather information about your triggers and symptoms.  This allows me to personalise your session.

• A recording to use at home.

• A 60-minute face-to-face session with some anxiety busting tips and a deep relaxation; think of it as a massage for your mind, to release all of its knots.

 

Past Life Regression

£99 for a single session of up to 2 hours.  Interesting and sometimes deeply healing too. 

 

 

Payment

 

Sessions should be paid for at least 24 hours in advance using BACS or Paypal.  My account details can be found via your booking link which will be sent to you after your free consultation.  Please note that I cannot accept card payments.  If you choose to pay by Paypal, after booking your session with me I will send you a Paypal invoice.

 

 

Private Healthcare: As I am a CNHC registrant you may be able to claim back the cost of your hypnotherapy sessions, depending on your insurance provider.  CNHC is the independent UK regulator for complimentary healthcare practitioners.  Contact your provider to find out if hypnotherapy is covered.
